This restaurant sources its red meat from a nearby grocery store named Jamuna Grocery as well as Samit & Sajid Qurbani House. According to a staff member, all items are obtained through hand slaughtering methods. Furthermore, Qurbani House is a verified slaughterhouse which hand slaughters without the use of stunning, shooting, etc.

However, the chicken comes from Noor Al-Jabal, a brand recognized for its machine-slaughtered products. The owner does provide hand slaughtered chicken for larger orders and for catering upon request. Orders must be placed well in advance.
